MD 2964 and MD 2965 are the basic control units that allows operation with a DR 3600 Micro desoldering iron.

The stand for the soldering iron is integrated with the control unit and is “intelligent” which means it is aware when the soldering iron is in the stand and reduces the temperature, remaining in the “sleep cycle”. For temperature control and other characteristics, a microprocessor is used enabling the MD 2964 / MD 2965 to offer a high productivity and the lowest cost of ownership ever.

Sleep mode, Hibernation mode, lock out of parameters by PIN, are all included in these highly competitive soldering station.
